| Q: | What files may I upload? |
| A: | You can upload whatever you want, as long as the file is not illegal. Illegal files are for example files with copyright protected or pornographic content, also all other kinds of illegal content. |
| Q: | How does the 'Premium-Upload' work? |
| A: | As a premium uploader
you can earn credits for uploading files. The more people download your file,
the more credits you can earn. Currently you earn 1MB credits for every 100MB
downloads you generate.
Example:
You upload a file which has a
file size of 50 MB This file will get downloaded 1000 times. You generate 50.000 MB Traffic - so you earn 500 MB Credits. Deine aktuellen You can view your current amount of credits in the members area. Furthermore, if you didn't purchased a traffic flatrate, you have 50MB credits per hour. Once you passed that limit, the rest amount will be deducted from your premium credits. If you purchased a traffic flatrate, you can anyway earn credtis for uploading files. If the flat has expired, you can use your earned credits. |
| Q: | I'm not a premium member. How many MB am I able to download per hour? |
| A: | Currently there is a limit of 50MB per hour. So if you don't have enough credits left, you will have to wait one hour in order to get 50MB again. |
| Q: | I can't download any files... |
| A: | Please make sure that your browser
accepts cookies. Without them you can't use this service. Furthermore you should deactivate download accelerators. |
| Q: | How long will my files stay online on your server? |
| A: | If a file doesn't get downloaded within a period of 30 days, it will get deleted automatically.If it will get downloaded, it will stay online. |
| Q: | Can I use download managers like Flashget? |
| A: | Yes, as a premium member you can use download managers. Users without a traffic flatrate won't be able to use them tho. |
| Q: | I didn't get any login information. |
| A: |
We will send you your login data via email after we setup your account and once we received your payment.
Sometimes the email will have a short delay, depending on agressive spam filters.
Please check your spam folder as well. If you have AOL, it come more and more often that the email doesn't get out. Therefor we can't guarantee that AOL users will get their email properly. If you're having such troubles, please use our Contact Form, we will then send you your user data immediately. |
